[Lincolnparkdc] Possible Arson at 12th and Independence

There was also arson of a trash can in Lincoln Park (East of the Bethune statue, near the northeast playground) around the same time this morning. Fire department put out the fire and said there had also been another trash can fire nearby. Park Police were looking for witnesses around 8:15.
