Watch out, Lincoln Park folks! There’s a modern-day pirate cruising the high seas of 13th Street SE... on a city bike. This package plunderer snagged my delivery just 15 minutes after it landed on my porch.

If you see someone pedaling like they just stole Christmas, they probably did.
