[Lincolnparkdc] Matthew Costello mail

Hi Suzanne,
I had the same thing occur about this time last year.  USPS "read" the change of address card wrong, so mail for 900 11th was coming to 200 11th.  It took a minute to track down the person's email but eventually got it resolved.  I initially returned to sender, but the mail continued to arrive.  The local POs I went to were of no help.  There is a Matthew Costello in NW who perhaps moved to the neighborhood?
