[Lincolnparkdc] Loud Pounding?

I believe it’s construction noises, the very large drills they use to dig
high rise foundations pound at the same time (think of a larger version of
a power hammer drill). You hear it nearly every day just across the river
but on low cloud cover days the sound is trapped and goes a lot farther.
