Hello neighbors, 

I loved living on the Hill from 1999-2018 — first on G St SE and then on Kentucky Ave starting 2003 — and my various tenants have enjoyed my house ever since. I am on my way back to town to liquidate everything and sell the house. I have an abundance of items (I had rented the house furnished) and since I moved to Hawaii I am taking very little with me! I have a few pieces of nice furniture to sell, and an abundance of items that I will be offering at extremely low prices — or FREE. Please come this Saturday if you are interested.
