[Lincolnparkdc] Fox spotted 100 block of 12th NE

Please be aware. The poor thing was out in broad daylight just after 1:30
pm.
Looks very scruffy/mangy.
It may be very stressed and/or unhealthy, which could cause it to act out.

Please keep your distance. Foxes are known carriers of rabies.
