Hi, neighbors - I'm sending this message because many of you knew my dad,
Albert Swingle, who has lived (with my Mom) at East Capitol & Kentucky Ave.
since 2005.  He passed away at home Monday morning.  We are deeply grateful
to our Lincoln Park neighbors for the help they gave my parents when they
needed assistance and we weren't immediately available. There will be a
memorial service for my father later this year or early next year. My
father loved this neighborhood and loved living near Lincoln Park. He was
glad to have you as neighbors.
