[Lincolnparkdc] Car about to be towed

Anyone know who owns a 2006 Toyota pathfinder DC Tag FH 2871?

They have been illegally parked in front of a fire hydrant on the 1200 block of East Capitol and have been ticketed and towing is on it way!
