[Lincolnparkdc] Peter & Claudia Bell - do you know them?

Hi Hill neighbors,

This is a long-shot but does anyone have contact information for Peter
Bolling Bell and Claudia Morgan Bell or their family? We've received some
mail for them that looks official. I think they were previous owners of our
house (421 6th St NE). Based on my googling, they appear to have been
members of Capitol Hill Village in 2008. Claudia Bell died in 2012 and was
survived by Peter and their son Matthew. Her service was at St Peter's
Catholic Church in Olney, MD. Any pointers to Peter or Matthew are greatly
appreciated.
