I think we can all agree that not all street designs are equally safe. I'm
willing to bet that 100% of the people on this list would NOT be okay with
the speed limit being 55 mph hour in East Capitol. 25 miles per hour is
safer.

The point being, it's reasonable to continually assess whether the status
quo is as safe as it should be. You think so. Others don't. But they don't
have to love it or leave it.
