Agree with Arabella and Stephanie. It’s an attempt by people in the neighborhood to provide some news with levity. If you don't like that, sure, ignore it, find something else harmless to get angry about. It is remarkable that this harmless attempt at fun could be seen as problems or make anyone angry, experts relative to the actual danger about to descend on this city.
