[Lincolnparkdc] Nationwide Insurance Rep - DC area?

Hi,

Could anyone who uses Nationwide Insurance recommend an agency/office that
has good responsiveness?
Our old agency (Jackie Walker from the Hill) has been purchased and it's
been a terrible experience and we need a more responsive and accessible
team as we're not looking to change insurance providers.

We need an agent licensed in both DC and MD.
