My neighbor left her Halloween candy in large fabric lined woven basket unattended for a minute & it was taken from her stoop about 6.30 last night on the 100 block of 11th SE. If you see the basket abandoned in the neighborhood please let me know. Thanks, Lynn Sent from my iPhone
