I disagree that people don't use bike lanes. I use bike lanes all the time
and I see lots of people riding down Kentucky in the bike lanes and all
over the Hill. We need both bike lanes and bus/metro transportation. It's
not an either / or. We should be building more ways to use alternative
transportation
