Thanks, Martha! I just signed it, came here to post. Great minds!!!
There's finally a restaurant that we regularly enjoy. Love to see the neighborhood teens/college kids working there. Hope they are good neighbors to the adjacent homes. Seems like the requirement that the second floor be for residential use is nonsensical (and might explain the revolving door of failed restaurants).
Related PSA - Tuesdays they offer ½ price off bottles of wine!

Tom and neighbors,
Thanks so much for sharing this and asking for action to help Pacci's!
I'll be sending a second letter to the BZA asking them to support this reasonable request. To help make it easy for neighbors to add their voice in this and ensure they're heard, I'm asking neighbors to sign on to this letter. I'll add every neighbor's name that wants to in my official letter to the BZA. If you want to add your name to support Pacci's, please sign the quick form here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScuucwwQ4NegADTdj9LMbHbazMEaktWcL_dsswqHqSnUHRMvw/viewform.
Please share this with your neighbors as well. We need to get as many names on this as possible this weekend!
Thanks,
Charles Allen

Dear 1300SE/NE Neighbors:
Many of you have followed the drama of the estabishment of PACCI's restaurant and admire Spiro Gioldasis's persistence, in the face of unreasonalbe opposition. We all have appreciated what a pleasure it is to have this welcome additon to our conveniet restaurant choices!
It is critical now for us to Please show support for "Pacci’s @ Lincoln Park" second floor expansion, the restaurant needs more seating in order to survive.
The office of Permits seems without cause to be against the necessary expansion, along with a few members on Zoning board, when all the documentation of the previous occupants appears to be in good order.
If you share with me enthusiasm for Pacci's please endorse it's continuing presence by being in touch as soon as possible with:
