Do they use the whole building? If so was the upstairs designated as
residential?
After watching the video of the meeting, I think the biggest issue for OP
and the board members in opposition is that the pictures of the 2nd floor
looks renovated when Spiro is stating it was only renovated for safety.
Meaning they possibly did more work towards using it for commercial when
they didn't have permission yet.
Just my opinion....I don't agree that it should be residential not that
there was any less renovation that could have been done for safety. If you
have to put in a new floor, it makes sense to put in a nice floor rather
than do it twice.
