It does.  It is not as appealing as the main level, but we’ve sat there before on a night when they were at capacity.

As some of you may already be aware, Pacci's is currently appealing to
the zoning commission to expand the restaurant to the 2nd floor.
During a recent hearing, it became evident that there is significant
opposition from the Office of Planning regarding this request,
potentially jeopardizing its approval. Fred Hill, the head of the
zoning commission, postponed the official vote until next Wednesday, March
13th with the hopes of convincing the opposition to change their
position.

Pacci's is presently experiencing financial difficulties, with its
Lincoln Park spot being subsidized by its Silver Spring location. The
the addition of extra space would greatly enhance their chances of
remaining operational.
