[Lincolnparkdc] Looking for a One-Bedroom to rent and call “home”!

Greetings, Capitol Hill community!

My name is Alejandra Gutzeit. I am a licensed architect (in my late
thirties) originally from California, but I came here two years ago to do a
master’s program up at CUA. I graduated in May, and have thankfully found a
job at an architecture firm in Georgetown, and will be formally making the
West Coast – East Coast move here in the coming months!

I have heard such wonderful things about the Capitol Hill community, and am
hoping to find a place I can settle in and call home. :) I am reaching out
to see if anyone might know of 1-bedroom units that might be available,
preferably within walkable distance to the Eastern Market or Capitol South
metro stations if possible (but I am open to most anywhere in the Capitol
Hill neighborhood!). I currently live in Brookland and my lease ends on
July 31, around which time I will be flying back to California to pack and
ship my things, and see family/friends before I leave. I am hoping to find
a place to live that I can move into anytime in July, before I head back to
California.

If anyone knows of any available units or might have any leads, I would be
forever grateful! Very much looking forward to being part of this
community. :)
