[Lincolnparkdc] misdelivered package

Hello, neighbors,

Are you...or do you know...Liza Rao?  A package for her was delivered by
UPS to my address on 13th Street yesterday. Correct address but wrong
resident. I'd love to get it to her rather than return it to the sender.
