[Lincolnparkdc] Better Bus

I think the *deadline to comment is actually today, July 15th at 5pm. *

I also strongly encourage everyone to please comment and object to the
elimination of the 96 line east of 8th street. The 96 "replacement" will be
the C51 and C52 which goes up 8th Street. *This bus line does not pick up
east of 8th street. *On top of that, the* midday service* for what is the
current covered route on the* 96 *but will now be the* C51 C52* is
extremely limited. If you want to go to Union Station the only option for
the Hill is the D line buses that currently travel this route on C Street.
It's a MAJOR cut in services for east Capitol Hill, and the map is
extremely glaring when you see it.
