[Lincolnparkdc] Stolen package 100 block Kentucky Ave SE

Lately, I've found a lot of pieces of mail at night in the street or on the
sidewalk. I've redelivered it all, mostly opened, some sealed. Maybe
looking for checks?  And remnants of packages torn open -- most often in
the alley on the east side of Warren parallel to C St. Not sure why there
specifically. Seems you're not alone. Sorry this happened.
