[Lincolnparkdc] Crash at 3:30 AM - damaged cars on 11th ST SE

At about 3:30 this morning, a car heading north in the southbound lane of
the 100 block of 11th ST SE struck a parked car.  That car was pushed into
the car behind it which was pushed into a third vehicle.

We heard the crash and saw the driver drive off heading north but stopping
in front of the alley that goes from 11th - 12th streets.  He got out of
his car and looked at the damage on his car then drove off.  We have called
it in to the police a couple of hours ago.

The cars affected are a silver Honda Civic, small red VW SUV and a small
blue Volvo SUV.
