[Lincolnparkdc] A reminder about green vs blue bins

In the spirit of assuming the best of intent, as perhaps a mistake in the
dark of the snowstorm last night, may I remind my fellow neighbors of the
following:
* Trash must be bagged to protect the DC sanitation workers from things
like medical waste and baby diapers
* Trash bags go into green bins, not blue recycle bins
* If you don’t have your own green or blue bins, download DC’s 311 app and
request one for your home address

I also recommend not discarding trash has your name and address on it, in
someone else’s blue recycle bin.

I will now bag your family’s trash and throw it in a green bin on your
behalf.
