[Lincolnparkdc] More crime.. work truck.

[Marche' Maine]

I just saw and reported this car. The three masked kids buzz sawed through
an alpha plumbing truck doing work over on 8th and Mass.  The plumbers said
it was the second time it happened to his work truck...said he doesn't want
to come into the district anymore.
