Today 1-5pm HANDS’ DC Craft of Cairo Sale 2024, at St Marks.

Items made by artisans at the Association for the Protection of the Environment (APE), a job skills training program for women living and working in the garbage recycler’s community in Cairo. The handicrafts are made from clean, recycled materials. All profits will support vocational training programs that train young Egyptians from economically critical backgrounds, so they can find meaningful employment and build themselves and their families a better future.
