"It was at the sweet green on penn ave near the Capitol. I tied him up but
he got spooked and pulled the table over and slipped his harness. I chased
him all the way home and a neighbor said he turned down towards barracks
row. And then the marines stationed there said they saw him sprint by. But
that’s the last sighting other than a possibility of a blackish dog running
across the Pennsylvania bridge into anacostia but that just seems insane to
me"

Hi, pardon the wide (and sad) email but a good friend's dog went missing
late last night near Barracks Row in Southeast. Sharing this in case any of
you live in that area and happen to see this good boy wandering around the
