[Lincolnparkdc] Kentucky Ave Block Party TOMORROW SATURDAY Sept 30th

GM everyone-
Just a reminder that our annual Kentucky Ave Block Party is happening
tomorrow! Please move your cars off the block as soon as you can so we have
as much room as possible to clean up, setup, play and enjoy the open space
with no cars in our way.

A few important things to note for this year:

   - Fragers no longer has grills for rent, so if you have one you can
   easily pull out into the street, we'll gather in the middle with multiple
   grills to share.
   - Trivia this year will be more traditional pub trivia style AND a
   special kids round, so for all ages!
   - DON'T FORGET to send Mark Jordan the $30 so we can continue to pay for
   our expenses! See below for how.

Timeline for the day:

   - 10am: Street Closure
   - 10am-12pm: Street Cleanup
   - 1pm: Set up Tents, Tables - lights and games (Giant Jenga, corn hole,
   bring out any yard or board games!)
   - 3pm: Piñata
   - 4pm: Fire up the Grill, Appetizers, Drinks
   - 4-6pm: Mix and Mingle - meet your neighbors and get ready for the
   trivia contest at 6pm!
   - 5pm: Main Courses, Salads - please bring your own dishes to share
   responsibly with utensils.
   - 6-7pm: Kentucky Ave Trivia Contest
   - 8pm: S’mores and Dessert
   - 9pm: Clean up and Breakdown
   - 10pm: Street Re-opens
