Dear 6A Neighbors,

ANC6A has coordinated with our First District MPD Colleagues to organize
two upcoming meetings for 6A residents, in addition to the monthly 1D
Citizens' Advisory Council meeting. Worried about public safety in
our neighborhood? These meetings are great opportunities to meet and share
your concerns with our neighborhood MPD team, including (recently promoted)
Commander Hall and Inspector Savoy.

*Tues Sept 5 at 6 PM* Virtual Citizens Advisory Council meeting. Join via
WebEx or dial in. Details at 1DCAC.com

*Wed Sept 6 at 6 PM *at 13th and D NE. MPD and ANC 6A Community walk and
talk in response to recent incidents and a critical set of arrests in this
area.

*Fri Sept 15 at 7 PM* at Bethune Statue in Lincoln Park. Community walk and
talk with MPD, W6 Councilmember Charles Allen, and ANC6A Commissioners. The
walk will be followed by a movie at 8 PM on the central lawn-- Spiderman:
Across the Spiderverse.
