Does anyone know whose dark blue Subaru Outback with MD tags is parked next
to the alley in the first block of Kentucky Avenue SE?  It's parked several
feet past where the parking ends next to the alley, and it's making it
difficult for me (and my elderly parents) to get in and out of our driveway
parking space.  (It also seems to be parked in violation of the Zone 6
parking restrictions, but really we would just appreciate having it moved
forward several feet to where the parking legally begins.)  Thank you,
