[Lincolnparkdc] some hard data on motor vehicle thefts

The YTD  number for 2023 as of last night is 808. This compares with 391 at this time in 2022. It comes from the MPDC dashboard that Elizabeth of the Hill Rag posted to this list server on Sunday. 

Also the graphic from the same site makes clear Capitol Hill is the only area in DC  west of the Anacostia currently having this rash of car jackings.
