[Lincolnparkdc] Me three (or 5 or whatever)

Neighbors, in terms of lights, the most immediate action we can all take is
to put our front door lights on from dusk until dawn. Walking this evening
after dark, the pocket park was quite bright in comparison to a stretch of
houses on the west side of Kentucky Ave without lights on.
