I can’t walk every night, but I’m willing to walk a few nights a week from 1030 to 1200 if others are willing to do so as well.  I would not go out with a group smaller than 4-6 people, considering that these crews appear to be operating in groups of similar size.  I would also pre-coordinate with the police. They're are aware of it. They continue to be incompetent in correcting it. Refer to the definition of insanity.

A primary function of someone who seeks an elected leadership role in government is that she/he works to protect its citizens. This batch of city leaders have failed.  I see them pursuing and splurging on gentrifiying, boutique vanity projects but not hardcore safety matters.

I do not have an answer to this problem but I didn't seek public office. I do know what's currently being done is not working.
