I  talked to someone who has a client who works inside the police
department. Her recommendation is to email, call, tweet Colin Hill (1D),
chief of police and the mayor's office almost daily. The key issue is I
think agreeing on the ask. Here for consideration:
1. Much more police presence in the area, particularly at night.
2. Better lighting around the area and emergency stations to summon police.
3. More prosecution of offenders, particularly repeat offenders. Apparently
this is not really happening.
Other ideas?

Apparently carjackings are up 80% from last year. One of the reasons is a
lack of prosecution, according to those in the police.
Let me know what you would like to do.
