[Lincolnparkdc] Fwd: Jessica Smith Carjacking 159 Kentucky Ave SE

The video of the carjacking was chilling.  And I don't think we should wait
until tomorrow to do something - we should  do something today.  My
suggestion is that an email be sent to the Commander of our substation -
Colin Hall at Colin.hall at dc.gov.   Attach the video and tell him that the
video has been  posted on our neighborhood listserve.  The video shows all
of us what do look for in a terrifying moment but then asks the question -
what can we do do stop this?  We  are seeking your advice and your help.

And then  tomorrow - tweet and email the Mayor and Charles Allen- attaching
the email and video sent to Commander Hall.
