[Lincolnparkdc] Crime Alert 1st District (PSA 101-108). 100 blk Kentucky SE

I think we should write a letter, signed by the list serve, outlining our
frustration and ask them to seek solutions to a growing problem- as well as
ask for a meeting. Personal anecdotes are powerful.
