[Lincolnparkdc] Time of carjacking

This is really terrifying and armed robberies and carjackings are a daily occurrence - sometimes happening (like yesterday) more than once a day.  Is there anything we can do - maybe hire a neighborhood patrol to try to deter these crimes - it’s only a matter of time until more people are physically hurt and I have not seen any reports of arrests.
