Dear Coalition friends,

Our DC budget fight is going to be tough this year, and the last thing we
need is for Mayor Bowser to send our public $$$ to billionaires for a
football stadium at RFK. *It is a bad deal for the city, which means an
even worse deal for working-class and poor Black and brown folks.*

Check out–and share!–this one-pager on why a Football Stadium Would Be Bad
for DC
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1i2NGFBEow1hcHAnGn8S4kGPoyvQcssNC/edit>
.

This Wed. night, the mayor is going to the Friends of Kingman Park
community meeting to hear from nearby neighbors of RFK about this issue.

*We will be there and hope you will join us: Wednesday, 10/18, 6:30-8 pm at
St. Benedict the Moor Church, 320 21st St. NE.*

See you there!
