[Lincolnparkdc] Please Don’t Do This

DC Sanitation does not tip and empty bins in our alley; they only pull out large bags they can easily reach. 

Therefore poop bags are left in the bottom of bins until others/your neighbors re-bag them with their garbage for pick-up. 

Not our dog ... not our job. 

Please be considerate and do not drop bags into others’ bins.
