[Lincolnparkdc] Pitbull attack--and another one

 Hi, Mia,
In Lincoln Park, on March 11 in the morning, I was attacked by a pit bull that the owner had off leash. It came toward me out of nowhere, I turned away quickly and it felt like a torpedo hitting my back and knocked me down. 
It was a beige/gray color. Maybe it's the same one?
Later, the best advice I got was to put DC Animal Control in my phone, (202) 723-5730. You have the right to get the owner's name and address, Unfortunately, I was too shattered at that moment to do so. The owner was a woman with a stroller and toddler.
