Their website has a form you fill out for an estimate and then you mail the item. A few weeks later you get back an absolutely pristine restoration. 

I sent designer bag up there for a pen got poked through it and created a not small hole. Rago repaired the hole and i  got a like new bag that you can’t even tell ever had a hole in it. Shockingly only cost about $100.
