[Lincolnparkdc] Proposed signal to stop sign conversion at 11th and Constitution

While interesting, none of the examples - not a single one — here fits the
situation of this intersection which has had a stoplight for the 25 years
I’ve lived here and I’ll bet it’s at least four decades.
