[Lincolnparkdc] Use of 100 block alley between 12th and Ky

Hi neighbors, I’m looking to host about a dozen fellow dads from Payne
Elementary for a final four watch party Saturday night april 1. We’d use
the big turnaround on the south side and put up a projector and screen. We
would start gathering around 8/8:30 pm and be wrapping up by 10 pm. You’d
all be welcome as well, of course. Any concerns with this plan? --
