“ DMV friends and colleagues, please forgive me the mass-tagging, but I would be grateful if you'd DM me with any DC or DC-adjacent housing opportunities for this year's Smithsonian American Art Museum - SAAM Fellows. We are trying to help 23 pre-and postdoctoral scholars find housing for 3 to 12-month residencies. Some fellows start as early as June 1, 2023, others as late as March 1, 2024. Units must include access to kitchen and bath facilities and be walkable to a bus or Metro stop. Ideal rent: $1,000-$1,400/month. Tenants undergo security clearance and are extremely responsible.
