[Lincolnparkdc] Family of a Friend of the Family Looking to Rent on Capitol Hill

Hi all:  A family member of a really close family friend is looking to rent a house on Capitol Hill.  I don't know this little family specifically, but I know the extended family and they are incredibly great people.  If you are thinking of renting your home I suspect they would likely be fabulous tenants.  Here's the message from Melissa:
Hi! I am Melissa Kaltenbach and I am relocating to DC from Philadelphia at the end of the summer with my husband, Mark, and our 1.5 year old son. My husband is a federal government lawyer and I am a physician who will be starting my new job in September. We are excited about the move and we are hoping to find a nice rental on beautiful Capitol Hill! We were hoping to move in around mid to late August, although we can be somewhat flexible with our move-in timeline. Our son will be attending daycare near Lincoln Park starting in September and we are very interested in living within walking distance. We are hoping to find a 3+ bed/2+ bath with parking but we can be flexible on this as well. We do not have any pets and we will be reliable renters.
