We are on that alley and we use rodent bait stations on our back yard. Just
want to underscore your point that the only way we'll be successful is if
there's a coordinated effort to exterminate existing and prevent the growth
of the rat population in the alley.  So anyone who is able to take some
action, please do it on behalf of yourself and your neighbors.
