[Lincolnparkdc] Bald faced hornets - notification and recommendations sought

While this doesn't address the immediate question about best removal
techniques for the current nest, one strategy to prevent hornets from
building a nest again in that spot is to put up a fake nest.  Just google
"fake hornets nest" and you'll see a bunch of options.
