[Lincolnparkdc] Bald faced hornets - notification and recommendations sought

This afternoon i noticed a wasp nest being actively built above our deck
(see photos)  i am positive on the id as a bald faced hornet

We are at 121 12th St NE folks using the alley as a cut through between
12th and constitution may want to beware.

Anyone have a recommendation for exterminator?
