[Lincolnparkdc] Last Call: Community Sidewalk Safety Survey will close 10pm June 14th

Thank you to the hundreds of Hill-area residents who already have completed
the survey.  *The survey  will close at 10 pm on Wednesday  June 14th.*



This survey is co-sponsored by *ANC6A, ANC6B* and *ANC6C, *and by* Capitol
Hill Village *and is designed to learn more about your experience with
the sidewalks in the Capitol Hill area.



We have received numerous anecdotal reports about sidewalk conditions,
falls, and injuries.  This survey will help us gather more objective data
about this issue.  The data will be used to inform requests to DDOT to
improve sidewalk safety conditions.   *Please take a few minutes (estimate,
less than 5 minutes) to answer the survey*.



Individual answers *will not *be linked to your email address or other
identifying information. In fact, the entire survey can be responded to
*anonymously*, without providing a name or email.  In an effort to widely
distribute the Survey, you may receive it more than once. * However, only
one Survey response is allowed per person.*
