[Lincolnparkdc] People trying to abandon an animal

[Marche' Maine]

A 20-something Hispanic couple driving a silver mini van (DC plates
GK-1513), just tried to give me a large shepherd like dog. They said they
didn't want it anymore.  Don't know if the animal is vicious, sick, etc...
but if you see a loose Shepard dog, likely it's this one. I've called DC
humane society. I have posted no where else so please feel free to share
