[Lincolnparkdc] Anyone recognize this person

Thank you, Noah.

I had the experience long ago of a neighbor reporting a young black man opening my door with a key(I provided him). It was devastating to him and a “wake-up call” for me.  He was a trusted person in my life and business.

This is an important reminder for us all.
